Common Questions About Sound Healing

 

 

Is sound healing safe?

Sound healing is generally gentle and calming. However, it may not be suitable for everyone. We do not recommend sessions for people in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with a history of epilepsy, metal implants from surgery, children under 12, or individuals currently taking psychiatric medications without prior consultation.

 

Do I need any experience with meditation or sound healing?

No experience is needed. You don’t have to do anything “right.” Simply lying down, breathing, and allowing the sound to work is enough.

 

What does a session feel like?

Most people experience deep relaxation, a quieter mind, and a sense of grounding in the body. Some may feel emotional release, clarity, or gentle physical sensations from the vibrations.

 

Will I feel results right away?

Everyone’s experience is different. Some people notice immediate calm or clarity, while others feel the effects unfolding gradually over the following days.

 

Is sound healing only for people who are stressed or unwell?

Not at all. Many people come out of curiosity, a desire to deepen meditation, or to gain greater self-awareness and inner insight.
