🌿 Different Experiences in Sound Healing — All Are Valid 🌿

After a singing bowl sound healing session, people often describe very different experiences — and this is completely natural.

Some enter a deep delta-like state, similar to very deep sleep, where the body rests profoundly and awareness fades. Others hover in a half-dream, half-awake space, drifting gently between sound, sensation, and stillness. There are also people who feel fully awake and clear throughout the session, noticing every sound and vibration.

Interestingly, even when the mind feels awake, the body may respond in unexpected ways. Some people feel warmth moving through the body, a sense of circulation, or flushed cheeks — similar to how the body feels after gentle physical exercise. These responses reflect changes in blood flow, nervous system regulation, and energy movement within the body.

None of these experiences are better or worse than another. The body is an intelligent, self-regulating system. During sound healing, it responds in the way that is most supportive in that moment.

Singing bowls do not force the body into a specific state. Instead, they act as a resonant medium, working in harmony with the body’s own regulatory systems. Through sound and vibration, the nervous system, circulation, and brain activity are gently supported to shift into a more balanced and restorative mode — often without the thinking mind even noticing.

This is why sound healing can feel effortless. The adjustment happens naturally, guided by the body’s own wisdom, while the sound simply holds the space.

Sound healing is not about achieving a certain experience. It is about allowing the body to do what it already knows how to do — restore, regulate, and return to balance.🌕
